After 60-Km Chase, Parsvnath Landmark CEO Arrested From Delhi Airport

Sanjeev Jain – the director and Chief Govt Officer (CEO) of realty agency Parsvnath Builders’ subsidiary, Parsvnath Landmark Builders – was arrested after a 60 km chase, stated Delhi police. 

Mr Jain, a resident of DLF Part-2 in Gurugram, was arrested from Delhi airport by a group of Delhi Police Particular Activity Power (STF) Shahdara.

“Jain was arrested on Saturday by the STF group of Shahdara from the IGI airport following non-bailable warrants issued towards the CEO for his incapability to look earlier than the Nationwide Shopper Disputes Redressal Fee,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (Shahdara) Surendra Choudhary stated in a press release.

The warrants towards Mr Jain have been issued in reference to a case filed by one Rajat Babbar, the assertion stated.

“4 non-bailable warrants and one bailable warrant from the Nationwide Shopper Disputes Redressal Fee have been pending on the Shahdara police station towards Jain,” it added.

Mr Jain was produced earlier than the fee on Sunday, the assertion stated.
